Gender pay gap

In 2015, the average hourly wage for women in Belgium was 6.5% lower than that for men. To achieve the sustainable development goal by 2030, this gap must be reduced to zero. Despite a downward trend in the gender pay gap since 2006, this objective will not be reached.
